Welcome to Dialetica AI (“Dialetica”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Dialetica AI’s website, applications, APIs, messaging-based services (including but not limited to WhatsApp), and any related products or services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Dialetica AI provides artificial intelligence–based tools for conversation, reasoning, content generation, decision support, and system orchestration.

  • Assume full responsibility for any activity under your account

Dialetica AI is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Dialetica AI for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Violating any law or regulation
  • Generating or distributing:
    • Violent or extremist content
    • Content involving sexual exploitation of minors
    • Hate speech or targeted harassment
    • Malware, scams, or phishing
  • Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, exploit, overload, or disrupt the Service
  • Misrepresenting AI-generated output as human-authored in restricted, regulated, or deceptive contexts
  • Building competing systems trained on outputs from Dialetica AI
  • Automating illegal, unethical, or rights-violating decisions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our sole discretion if these rules are violated.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership of the Service

All rights to the Service belong exclusively to Dialetica AI, including but not limited to:

  • Software and code
  • Models, architectures, and orchestration logic
  • Brand name, logo, and design
  • Documentation and interfaces
  • System structure and organization

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, sell, or resell the Service
  • Use our trademarks without express written permission
  • Analyze or replicate our internal systems

5.2 User Content

  • You retain ownership over any content you submit to the Service.
  • By using Dialetica AI, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free limited license to process your content only as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not claim ownership over your content.

6. AI Output & Training Disclaimer (Important)

Dialetica AI produces probabilistic, machine-generated outputs.

You acknowledge that:

  • Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or fabricated
  • All use of output is entirely at your own risk
  • You are solely responsible for decisions or actions taken based on output

Important clarification:

  • Dialetica AI does NOT use the textual content of your messages or conversations to train, fine-tune, or retrain any language or generative AI models.

However:

  • Dialetica AI may use anonymized, non-textual metadata and interaction patterns (including message timing, structure, routing data, role selection, and anonymized embeddings) to improve system performance and orchestration, including determining or predicting which internal system or component should respond next.

This process:

  • Does not use readable message content
  • Does not allow reconstruction of user conversations
  • Is not used to build general-purpose language models

7. No Professional Advice

Dialetica AI is not a substitute for professional:

  • Medical,
  • Legal,
  • Financial,
  • Psychological or psychiatric,
  • Religious or spiritual authority

Nothing produced by the Service should be treated as such.

Always consult a qualified professional for real-world decisions.

8. Payments & Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If paid plans, credits, or subscriptions are offered:

  • Payments are billed in advance
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
  • Pricing and features may change at any time
  • Non-payment may result in suspension

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with external platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Stripe, cloud providers).

Dialetica AI is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of any third-party platform.

Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your access at any time
  • Remove content that violates these Terms
  • Limit usage for operational or legal reasons

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Provisions relating to liability, intellectual property, governing law, and indemnification shall survive termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

Dialetica AI shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, business, data, or reputation
  • Reliance on AI-generated output
  • System errors, data loss, or downtime
  • Third-party platform failures

If, despite the above, liability is found, it shall be limited to the amount paid by you to Dialetica AI (if any) in the previous 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dialetica AI and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your misuse of the Service
  • Your violation of laws
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your content or actions

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding relating to this Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time.

  • Changes become effective upon posting an updated version with a new “Last Updated” date.
  • Continued use of Dialetica AI constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
