We may generate and store:

  • Anonymized semantic embeddings

These data points are processed in a way that prevents reconstruction of original messages and limits any reasonable possibility of user identification.

3. How We Use Your Information

Important clarification regarding AI training:

Dialetica AI does NOT use the textual content of your messages or conversations to train, fine-tune, or retrain any language or generative AI models.

However:

Dialetica AI may use anonymized, non-textual metadata and interaction patterns — such as message length, timing, structural flow, routing decisions, role transitions, and anonymized embeddings — for the sole purpose of improving system performance and orchestration, including predicting which system component (or speaker) should respond next.

This processing:

  • Does not involve readable message content
  • Does not train a language model on user text
  • Does not enable reconstruction of actual conversations
  • Does not identify individual users

Dialetica AI does not sell Personal Data
Dialetica AI does not use data for advertising purposes

4. Legal Basis for Processing (LGPD – Brazil)

Under the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (Lei 13.709/2018), Dialetica AI processes data based on:

  • Consent of the data subject, when applicable
  • Performance of contractual obligations (Terms of Service)
  • Legitimate interest, limited to system functionality, improvement, and security
  • Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
